After passing the CFP® exam in 2017, Vernon looked at transitioning from his long-time career in the ministry and felt that he could utilize both his skills and knowledge in the financial industry. After working with Ameriprise for two years, he joined Raymond James and Tandem Financial Partners as he was impressed with the depth of financial solutions offered and the experience and integrity, he saw in the managing partners there.
