Shannon joined Freedom Street Advisors in 2019 as a Client Relationship Manager in our Fairfax office. She is responsible for customer service and operations, among many other duties such as maintaining client profiles, managing orders, and ensuring clear communication with clients.

Before joining our team, she gained valuable and relatable experience while working for Edward Jones as a Senior Branch Office Administrator for seven years. Shannon also worked for American Funds as a Senior Shareholder Account Representative for five years. In 2004, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Randolph-Macon College.

Shannon enjoys the diversity of her role, meaning that no two days are the same. She is invested in the organization and works tirelessly to ensure that our clients have an ideal experience while working with our team. The passion Shannon has for her career stems from the relationships she has established with clients. She enjoys getting to know clients and seeing them through various points in their life.

She is often our client’s first point of contact, which allows her to set a positive impression and tone due to her professionalism and impeccable attention to detail.
