Paula initially came to Raymond James when she lived in Chattanooga, Tennessee, after 15 years in the healthcare industry. When she relocated to Richmond with her husband in 2011, Raymond James helped find her a spot on the Schmidt Wealth Management team, which became an affiliate office of Freedom Street Partners in 2021, where she serves as the team’s Client Service Associate.

Along with managing office phone calls and scheduling client appointments – both in-person and remotely – she ensures office operations and the office environment is prepared to benefit our clients before visiting with Jim Schmidt.

Many families and individuals depend on our team. Our clients span across the country, from Florida, New York, the West Coast, and the Richmond, VA area. Paula coordinates the scheduling of visits to these areas regularly and the planning of client appreciation events, including organizing and managing the selected locations, logistics, and specific events.

With her overall experience in several capacities throughout her time with Raymond James, Paula can fill in operations and administrative roles when needed. Much of our team’s success can be attributed to Paula’s dedication, hard work, sincerity, and thoughtfulness.
